The U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) has set November 12 as the deadline for its final ruling on the Grayscale spot HBAR ETF.

PANews reported on November 3rd that, according to Crypto.news, the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) has set November 12, 2025, as the final deadline for approval of the Grayscale Hedera Trust (spot HBAR ETF) for listing on Nasdaq, a date that cannot be extended under Section 19(b)(2) of the Securities Exchange Act. It was also reported that a decision on Canary Capital's HBAR spot ETF is expected no later than November 8th, which may influence subsequent rulings.
