PANews reported on October 17 that according to Whale Alert monitoring, Circle's USDC Treasury issued an additional 2.5 USDC (approximately US$250 million) on the Solana blockchain at 22:50 and 22:51 Beijing time, respectively, for a total of US$500 million in two issuances.
