PANews reported on October 28th that the Solana Accelerate APAC Shenzhen event was incredibly popular. Due to attendance exceeding expectations and reports of a potential spike in attendance, police responded to the event for routine inquiries. The organizers then canceled the hackathon demo session at 5:00 PM for public safety reasons. Solana stated that the Greater China trip had concluded successfully and that they would continue to promote the development of the Chinese ecosystem and technology adoption.
