U.S. SEC Chairman: Trump Administration Will Provide Regulatory Clarity for Digital Asset Market

PANews reported on May 28 that U.S. SEC Chairman Paul Atkins posted that the long-standing conflict between regulators and new technologies and innovations has led to crypto entrepreneurs going overseas, but this phase "is over." He stated that under the Trump administration, the SEC will work with the government and Congress to provide "much-needed regulatory clarity" for the digital asset market and advance relevant legislation (including the Digital Asset "Clarity Act") to clarify compliance paths and regulatory boundaries.
