PANews reported on May 28th that, according to FinanceFeeds, Banca Sella Bank of Italy has completed the MiCA notification process with the Bank of Italy, becoming the country's first bank authorized to provide fully regulated digital asset services. The platform will focus on institutional custody, receipt, and transfer of digital assets, and is planned to launch before the fourth quarter of this fiscal year, initially only for a rigorously vetted clientele.
