The position requires 4–7 years of experience in digital assets or related areas, in-depth tracking of spot and derivatives market structures, writing research reports for internal and institutional clients, and stress testing and reverse engineering of mainstream market narratives. Preference will be given to candidates with a cross-asset perspective, capable of analyzing the correlation between crypto and foreign exchange, interest rates, and risk sentiment. The salary range is $200,000 to $285,000 per year, with full-time benefits and performance incentives.
