PANews reported on May 27 that, according to the Balance News Agency, which is affiliated with the Iranian Ministry of Justice, preliminary informal documents outlining the framework of a memorandum of understanding between Iran and the United States have been released, indicating that US military forces will withdraw from the region surrounding Iran and the naval blockade against Iran will be lifted.
