Iranian media reports that an Iranian supertanker has broken through a US blockade.

PANews reported on May 3 that, according to Iran's Fars News Agency, a supertanker belonging to the National Iranian Tanker Company broke through the surveillance and blockade of a "foreign naval fleet," carrying more than 1.9 million barrels of crude oil. The report stated that this demonstrates Iran's energy supply chain management and shipping strategies for evading US naval surveillance, and also proves Iran's practical capabilities in ensuring the security of energy transportation.
