The measures outline support for game and esports companies in the research and application of technologies and terminal devices such as AI big data models, blockchain, big data, and cloud computing, as well as basic game development tools such as game development engines and 3D modeling software. The measures also actively promote the application of blockchain technology in copyright registration, rights protection, transactions, and settlement, and encourage partnerships between game companies and electronic device manufacturers to explore more possibilities for multi-terminal game development.
