ZeroStack acquired 21% of 0G tokens for $107 million, becoming the first Nasdaq-listed decentralized AI infrastructure company.

PANews reported on April 2nd that, according to GlobeNewswire , 0G Labs announced that Nasdaq-listed ZeroStack Corp. ( ZSTK ) has signed a $ 107 million financing agreement with them. ZeroStack plans to acquire approximately 142.23 million 0G native tokens, holding about 21% of the total token supply, making it one of the largest publicly traded decentralized AI protocol bets. To facilitate this transaction, Texas Blocker Corp., established by ZeroStack , will become a wholly-owned subsidiary through a share swap around July 5 , 2026. Upon completion of the transaction, ZeroStack will gain capital appreciation and staking rewards through token holdings, and will provide institutional and retail investors with the first Nasdaq-listed investment vehicle focusing on decentralized AI infrastructure.
