Interloom raises $16.5 million to empower AI agents by capturing tacit knowledge within enterprises through "contextual mapping".

PANews reported on March 23 that, according to Fortune , German startup Interloom announced the completion of a new $ 16.5 million funding round, led by DN Capital , with participation from Bek Ventures and existing shareholder Air Street Capital . Interloom constructs a " context graph " by reading operational data such as enterprise work orders, customer service emails, and call logs to capture undocumented tacit business knowledge, providing decision-making references for AI agents and new employees. The product has already been implemented in large enterprises such as Commerzbank , Volkswagen , and Zurich Insurance for customer service and underwriting scenarios, and is used to measure and manage the actual execution processes and effectiveness of AI agents within the enterprise.
